We're excited to announce the next HR Possibilities event on September 30 and October 1, 2011! This is an opportunity for HR and leadership development professionals to come together to rejuvenate, renew, and refresh.

Consider it an HR spa for the mind and soul. You spend all year serving your organization. You might love your profession, your organization, and the people you serve, AND it can be emotionally draining, physically exhausting, and downright soul-sucking. This is your chance do something for yourself in the context of your profession and in the company of others who know what it's like.

This is not your typical HR event. You might learn a thing or two. . . AND we can guarantee that you will leave feeling inspired and connected, ready to tackle all of the challenges ahead with a fresh perspective on what's possible. You may even have a major breakthrough. And you will most definitely have fun.

You can read about last year's event on the blog

The Main Event

Saturday, October 1: Time to get un-serious at this semi-unconference event and see what's possible. There will be a variety discussions, workshops and creative activities to choose from. Read more on the Event Program and Speakers and Facilitators pages. Admission is $175 and includes a copy of the book, GO! How to Think, Speak and ACT to Make Good Things Happen, by Marilyn Schoeman. Get your tickets now! All proceeds will be donated to Wellspring Family Services.

Pre-Event Options

Friday, September 30: Leadership Coaching with Horses, Silk Purse Farms, Enumclaw, WA

This intimate workshop is a powerful opportunity to (re)kindle your personal passion and enthusiasm. It is presented by noted executive and personal coach, Peggy Gilmer, and several of her thousand-pound, warm-hearted Tennessee Walking Horse partners. Read Peggy's guest blog post to get a better sense of what's possible with horses.

Participation is limited to 15. Cost is $110 for a $300 value.

Friday Evening: Party time! This is a no-host meet-up to get to know your fellow participants in a relaxed setting. We'll pick a Seattle nightspot and start the FUN!

Post-Event

Saturday Evening: Everyone is welcome to join the Event Committee to relax and decompress at a nearby venue.

Details and registration will be coming soon. In the meantime, save the dates, as you won't want to miss this unique opportunity to make a difference for yourself!

This is a community event. 100% of the proceeds after expenses will be donated to Wellspring Family Services to end childhood homelessness in King County.
